Golden Hour Family Photoshoot in Surrey

If you were to ask me when my favourite time of day is for outdoor photography, I’d be able to answer straight away. Without a doubt, it’s golden hour – that magical hour before sunset…

This golden hour family photoshoot in Surrey took place on a perfect evening in mid-September. We met at 6:15pm. By the end of November, I’ll be meeting my families at around 3pm. By the time I’m photographing outside again in the Spring, I’ll be meeting families at 6:30pm and that will get later and later through to Summer. I love how, in Autumn, it gets easier and easier for families with little ones to manage a sunset session!
